Crypto law firms need to interpret rapidly changing regulations across multiple jurisdictions, and the existing tooling either treats them like generic compliance teams or asks them to bring their own AI. We built Crystal aOS from concept and pitch deck through to a production MVP that secured private investment, then expanded into a full platform after Techstars acceptance brought additional seed funding. The system pairs RAG search across a curated legal document library with a visual workflow builder, so legal teams can codify reusable assessments like AUSTRAC compliance reviews or token listing evaluations and run them with human-in-the-loop oversight. Crystal aOS is now live with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 1 certifications, running on a React, Node.js, Python, and vector database stack.

Secured significant seed funding through private equity & Techstars
This was a concept-to-production engagement that produced a pitch deck, MVP, and the eventual product. The MVP attracted private investment and the platform later joined Techstars with additional seed funding.
