Graham Morley
Founder
Graham has been building production software since 2011, with the last few years focused on AI systems for regulated industries. He has led teams end to end across DeFi protocols, governance platforms, and peer-to-peer marketplaces, managing significant value under contract with zero security incidents.
With deep experience in security architecture and compliance, Graham has shipped multi-tenant platforms with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, built agentic workflows that pair LLMs with human-in-the-loop gates, and delivered self-hosted deployments for clients who need full data sovereignty.
His clients range from law firms and professional services companies to startups and small business owners. Whether it's a ground-up platform build, taking over a codebase that needs production-grade infrastructure, setting up AI tooling a team can actually maintain, or providing the technical leadership a growing product needs, the engagements start with the constraints the business actually operates under.
That practical, security-first background is what shapes Morley Media's approach. Graham has shipped under real scrutiny in production, and the company's work reflects it: compliance and data governance aren't afterthoughts, they're where every engagement starts.
