Build
We design and build web applications, marketplaces, AI platforms, and fintech products. Our designers and product engineers work under one roof, and SEO and AEO are built into the web work.
Run and scale
We take over existing apps, including ones built fast or vibe-coded, and add the cloud setup, observability, DevOps, security, and LLMOps that get them into production and scaling reliably.
Internal automation
We set up AI environments your team can run and maintain, configure tools like Claude Code and Codex for internal workflows, and build MCP services that connect AI to the CRM and operations software you already use.
Technical leadership
We provide fractional CTO and engineering leadership for teams that need senior direction without a full-time hire, setting technical direction and making the architectural calls a growing product needs. We also join teams as contract engineers for as long as the work needs us.
Sensitive data
We build software that handles personal and confidential data, including PII-heavy work for clients such as law firms, and we build to HIPAA requirements for products that handle health data.

Graham has been building production software since 2011, with recent work spanning AI platforms, marketplaces, and systems that handle regulated data. He has led teams end to end across DeFi protocols, governance platforms, and peer-to-peer marketplaces, managing significant value under contract with zero security incidents.
With deep experience in security architecture and compliance, Graham has shipped multi-tenant platforms with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, built agentic workflows that pair LLMs with human-in-the-loop gates, and delivered self-hosted deployments for clients who need full data sovereignty.
His clients range from startups and small businesses to established companies, including professional services firms such as law firms. Whether it's a ground-up platform build, taking over a codebase that needs production-grade infrastructure, setting up AI tooling a team can maintain, or providing the technical leadership a growing product needs, the engagements start with the constraints the business operates under.
