Every project is led by a senior principal and staffed with the designers and engineers it needs. We choose the stack that fits each project, and we handle the compliance, accessibility, and security that regulated software depends on.

We are based in Vancouver, BC, and work with clients remotely.

We design and build everything from a clean landing page, sales funnel, or Shopify store to marketplaces, AI platforms, and fintech products, and take it to production with the security it needs. Websites come with SEO and AEO built in.

### 02 We get your vibe-coded app ready for production

Apps built fast with tools like Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor often find real users before they are ready for them. We take them over, move them onto a stack you own, and add the security, cloud setup, observability, and DevOps they need to run in production and scale.

### 03 We build your internal tools

The software your business runs on: CRMs, inventory and planning systems, client portals, dashboards, AI automations, MCP servers, and integrations between the systems you already use. For one food manufacturer, an inventory system tied into their wholesale platform cut order call-backs from about a quarter of orders to none.

## From first call to launch

You see the plan, the prototype, and the design before we write any code.

### 01 Intro call

A 30-minute call about what you need. Graham takes every call himself.

### 02 Proposal

We send a proposal and revise it with you until it covers what you need.

### 03 Spec and prototype

Once you approve the proposal, we write a spec and build wireframes or a clickable prototype, so you can click through the app before any code is written.

### 04 Design

We finish the design, and you approve it before the build starts.

### 05 Build

We build it and review progress with you on a set cadence, usually weekly.

### 06 Test and secure

We test it and check its security before it goes live.

### 07 Launch

We launch it, and we stay available for changes and support after.
