Early-stage blockchain projects need fundraising infrastructure that can both run a token sale and continue serving holders post-launch, and during the 2021 bull market that infrastructure barely existed for emerging chains like Ergo. We built ErgoPad as the launchpad and staking platform for the Ergo ecosystem, scaled it to thousands of concurrent users at peak market activity, and ran the underlying blockchain indexing on self-hosted physical infrastructure spread across Canada and Europe because cloud node operations were cost-prohibitive at that scale. Audited smart contracts secured over $20 million USD in TVL across IDO launches, staking with configurable emissions, automated token vesting, yield farming, and governance mechanisms. The platform was developed by a 10-person cross-functional team including engineers, UX designers, and legal consultants.
